Deliveries & Returns

At JC Raw LTD, we aim to deliver your pet’s food quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please read our delivery information below.

1. Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver locally throughout Denbighshire and Conwy.

  • If you are outside our standard delivery area, please contact us before ordering so we can advise on shipping options.

2. Delivery Times

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

  • Local deliveries may be scheduled on specific days of the week (please check your order confirmation for details).

  • Nationwide courier delivery (where available) typically takes 2–5 working days.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.

  • Free local delivery may be available for orders over £15.00

  • Free local delivery applies within 10miles of our shop, outside of 10 miles up to 20 miles there is a £1.00 per mile extra charge on top of the order value.

4. Frozen & Fresh Food Deliveries

  • To ensure quality, frozen products are delivered in insulated packaging.

  • Customers must be available to receive frozen deliveries on the arranged date, as these items cannot be left unattended.

  • We cannot take responsibility for spoilage if delivery is missed and items are left outside.

5. Missed Deliveries

  • If you are not at home during your delivery slot, we will attempt to contact you.

  • Redelivery may incur an additional charge.

6. Click & Collect (if applicable)

  • Customers may collect orders directly from our premises.

  • Collection times will be arranged after order confirmation.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives late, damaged, or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, products must be:

    • Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

    • In the same condition you received them.

  • Perishable items (such as fresh or frozen dog food) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Fresh, frozen, or raw food products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance or sale items marked as “non-returnable.”

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email/phone number] with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us at [your email/phone number] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of your refund status.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.
